THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT!

Participants will make a small charcuterie board (10 inch square) that is a complete meal for 2 people or appetizer size portions for 3-5 people. It includes a variety of cheese types and textures.

This includes a cow, a goat, and a sheep cheese to give participants a variety and exposure to the different types of cheese.

The board also includes charcuterie (meat) and all other charcuterie board accouterments as well. In the workshop, you will learn how to cut, fold, and style meat, cheese, and produce. There will also be tips on shopping, washing produce, and wine pairing. Each participant will leave with a beautiful charcuterie board constructed by them.

15% of the proceeds will go directly to the Women United Fund.
